Lolo Manuel Banzon's picture in the early 1900's
Here is a picture of Lolo Manuel when he was young - probably in his
thirties or so....My brother came upon this picture while surfing the photo
website "Flickr" for pictures of Bataan and Balanga. A great-grandson of
Lolo posted it.

I'm the descendant of Don Mariano Banzon and Joaquina Cerezon Banzon.  They're my great great grandparents.  My great grandparents are Francisco Cerezo Banzon and Florentina Solomon Tiangco.  I was fortunate to have seen my great grandparents while I spent summers at their Balanga, Bataan home.  My great grandparents had many children:

Welcome to the Banzon Family website blog. This is my first post, and it's 8 past midnight, so please bear with me if I have little to say! As my mood indicates, I am feeling "spacey" right now since I've been working on the creation of the entire website for a couple of hours now, trying to correct errors and make stubborn things work. That said, Let me just add that in the days to come, I will add info about the history behind the Banzon surname, and other facts I was able to collect in the Ancestry.com website.
