Hello,

This is Marietta Banzon Castillo. I am the eldest grandaughter of Don Manuel Banzon of Balanga, Bataan.  My father is Col. Jose V.H. Banzon and my mother is Maria Nicolas.  My father was the Philippine Military Attache in Saigon, Vietnam and spent his 25 years career in Southeast Asia.

 I have three brothers...Rolando, Angelo and Victor.

I am seventy years old, married to Mario Castillo a chemical engineer UP grad , and have two children, Anna and Mark and had one grandson from each of them Alex and Jarod.

Ambassador Cesar Banzon Bautista  was our ninong sa kasal  and also he was Mario's  boss at Philippine refining Company  before we migrated in 1968 to the USA.  Reading one of the blogs caught my attention when his name was mentioned. On our last trip to the Philippines in 2012 as Mario was in the Balik Scientist program, Mario got in touch with him.

 Hopefully I could generate some interest from other Banzons to communicate with me.
